Godot freezes after update

I recently did a system update, a week ago or so, and now Godot freezes up randomly.

I tried clearing out everything in .cache and .config, and cleared the project shader cache.

I tried using the --verbose flag and launching through the terminal, but don't see any specific messages that could cause it.

I try moving the project over to another computer, running fedora workstation, and again on my steam deck running steamos, and have no issues.

The only common thing between these incidents, seems to be when I hover over something for a tooltip, or when I change a project setting like shadow resolution. But again its random and doesn't always happen, but it does seem to happen every session, within a few minutes.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, if not, I'll just switch to fedora workstation.
