That funny you say that it's "at PUBG MOBILE's discretion", because I know and friends with several VIPs that say it's application that has to be filled out in order to even have PUBG MOBILE go look at content that is created.

Thank you for the help, I have both PC and Ipad that I stream at high quality. Yes I do agree phone stream tends to lag a lot.
