Sub-Domain Zone configuration
Hello All,
I'm trying to understand the setup process of sub-domain zones, I want the ability to split off "Sub.domain.com" into it's own zone to allow other teams to amend and modify their own DNS records etc.
We have an enterprise plan on our root domain, which should allow this, but when creating a new Sub-domain zone it comes up under the free plan, how do we activate the Enterprise plan against this?
We don't have an account manager as this was previously bought under a service provider we've now moved away from.

When the parent zone is using a full setup1, the steps to set up your child zone depend on whether the subdomain already exists in the parent domain.
