Sub-Domain Zone configuration

Hello All, I'm trying to understand the setup process of sub-domain zones, I want the ability to split off "Sub.domain.com" into it's own zone to allow other teams to amend and modify their own DNS records etc. We have an enterprise plan on our root domain, which should allow this, but when creating a new Sub-domain zone it comes up under the free plan, how do we activate the Enterprise plan against this? We don't have an account manager as this was previously bought under a service provider we've now moved away from. I followed these instructions to get the zone configured. https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/zone-setups/subdomain-setup/setup/parent-on-full/
Cloudflare Docs
Parent zone on full setup
When the parent zone is using a full setup1, the steps to set up your child zone depend on whether the subdomain already exists in the parent domain.

If you need more than one Enterprise zone, you need to include that in your contract. Being an Enterprise customer allows you to create subdomain setups, but these aren't all automatically Enterprise zones as well.

Considering we didn't originally onboard directly with Cloudflare, is that likely just best making a sales query on the website to speak to someone who can help?

I have no idea how to best contact CF in that situation. Try the live chat and see if support knows would be my aporoach.

find your contract and check if you have any "secondary zones" included if you do, you should be able to "promote" the subdomain zone at will onto your enterprise plan through the "change plan" button pinging @Watson in case you missed the message; any of the secondary zones will display as "X remaining" in the plan change popup
