Help Request: AddSearchBot suddenly blocked by Cloudflare

Hi everyone, We operate the verified bot AddSearchBot (https://radar.cloudflare.com/bots/directory/addsearchbot ), which is used for site search indexing. Up until June 26th, Cloudflare Radar showed normal traffic for our crawler, but since then the traffic has dropped to zero — even though we have continued sending requests to our customers’ websites. 📊 Graph showing traffic drop: https://radar.cloudflare.com/bots/directory/addsearchbot We suspect Cloudflare may have stopped recognizing our bot around June 26th. At the same time, we launched a new website and our old documentation URL (http://www.addsearch.com/bot ) became unavailable. We’ve since: Re-submitted our bot in the Verified Bots portal: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/configurations/verified-bots Updated the documentation URL to https://www.addsearch.com/ Provided our two User-Agent strings:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; AddSearchBot/1.0; +http://www.addsearch.com/bot; info@addsearch.com)
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; AddSearchBot/1.0; +http://www.addsearch.com/bot/)

Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; AddSearchBot/1.0; +http://www.addsearch.com/bot/)
Our questions: Why did Cloudflare stop recognizing our verified bot traffic on June 26th? Could the documentation URL issue have triggered the block? Can Cloudflare update our bot entry with the correct URL and User-Agents? Thanks in advance for any help — this is affecting many of our customers’ sites.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. We have tried contacting Cloudflare's support about the issue but have had difficulties reaching anyone on the topic. I saw some other posts on the channel seemed to get response from their engineers, which is why I thought posting here might help.
