My account got banned for 100 yrs and I just bought the champions bundle if anybody can help me pls

Ban's like this are giving out when, a player has AFK'ed a lot. This wasn't just one incident. Also this isn't just given out for AFK this could be other things, like team griefing, team killing, etc.
