Railway is failing to deploy on latest docker image
When deploying the latest docker image on Railway, I get either 'Pre-deploy command failed' or 'Network health check failed' This is the pre-deploy command: yarn database:init:prod.

Now it's getting past pre-deployment, but it's failing on the healthcheck.
