Forgot Gmail Linked to PUBG Claim – Have Claim Number
Please help me. I submitted a claim to recover my PUBG account, but I forgot the Gmail address I provided since my phone was formatted. I only remember the claim number.
Solution
It is your e-mail so only you should know it, perhaps can try to check your e-mail and search for "PUBG MOBILE", if you find a any e-mail sent by PUBG MOBILE, then that should be it. Otherwise, you may try to contact the in-game customer service to see whether they can help you with it.
