I can't open valorant
hello guys i have some problems here, recently i just open my valorant on my laptop, i dont know what happen to it but its keep getting blackscreen when i open the valorant, then i looking for the solving videos on youtube, then i already do all the things and it still not resolve this problem, even i already reinstall the valorant and its still same, but sometimes i can get into main menu but when click the start button it will freeze and blackscreen again.
did someone ever have this same problem like me?
if yes, i really begging for the ways to solve this problem
i need to play the valorant cz i already buy the battle pass and i still in tier 7.
please help me:)
