i cant buy the subscription with visa and master cards.
i get this error message and i cant buy the sub for my squad and arma server. Any help?

That generally happens when you've had too many failed attempts in a row. It will freeze you out for three hours. You'll need to contact your payment processor to clear up whatever is preventing the transaction and then try again after the waiting period.
