Problems with deleting your account

Hi everyone, I don't know what happened, but yesterday I moved my domain to another Cloudflare account. After doing so, I wanted to delete my old account, but when I go to the page to delete the account and the countdown ends, it doesn't disconnect me but stays there. I tried looking at the network calls and saw that the delete call returned an error. I'm attaching a screenshot. I tried to open a ticket, but I didn't receive the confirmation email, and when I try to view the ticket, it doesn't load but says it can't find the dashboard. I also tried to log in to the community, but it says there is no account with that email address. The problem is that I can access the account. I hope someone can help me.

hm think you may have to try creating a "account" support ticket from your new account, in which you explain the issues you're having with deleting your old one

I've only tested that I don't know if the tickets work because when I try to view the ticket I created, it sends me to a page that says it couldn't find the dashboard (on the new account).

yeah... there's some known issues with Cloudflare's support system, like not being able to see your ticket on the dashboard, but as long you got the confirmation email it should be good you'll be able to add replies/comments to the ticket by replying to the ticket emails you're getting
