I got 166 hours ban for no reason

Due to game issues, sometimes the match doesn't start, and stays up in the loading screen, I waited for 15-20 on tht loading screen, but nothing appeared, when I restarted valorant I saw that I'm banned for 166 hours from all the gamemodes.
I request u to plz unban me..
