320 hours ban for no reason
i woke up, i played 2 games got mvp on both of them but still defeat, i remember saying the word gay in the first game which have me 2 weeks mute and im okay with that i got the offence message and all, then i played another game i didnt go afk or did bad or said anything toxic i was muted and playing and i did do good, i went offlinr after the game and when i cameback home theres 320 hours ban on all modes except deathmatch, why? I didnt do anything besides saying gay in my first game, there werent even an offence message for the 320 hours ban what did i genuinely do? please help me figuring this out

i didnt go afk/botting in any of these games
Valorant id: Kenuuy#VAL check career if neccesary and i can send full replay of my recent games
i believe i got mass falsely reported only thing comes to mind because in certain and certain i did nothing wrong
