Hello there. I am interested buying immich. But want to ask coupe of question before proceeding.
1. can I monetise the Usergroup ?
2. Does it supports 360 panoramic images?
3. Can I run it on shared hosting ?
4. Is it possible to self host?
5. Would I get any support after the purchase ?

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.Hi, I am really not an expert in this, but here are some answers to your questions: Yes, it is possible to self-host (it's the only option to get access to it besides using someones immich server), and yes, you will receive the same support as now after purchase. Buying Immich isn't like buying a game; Immich is free to use. The purchase immich thing is just an license to support developers.

For 1. I think you need a better grasp on how this all runs before you even think about asking for money.

You definitely can’t use a cpanel or anything like that. You need root host access
I run all my project on OVH shared hosting. And seem all work. The project I’m looking to migrate from is running on Chevereto, but the script is really buggy and the developer is very useless and arrogant.
So ideally I want to run it on shared hosting, and after I could upgrade to VPS or dedicated.

It's a bit long winded but if Vas could create a virtual machine on the shared hosting then it could work?
