Hello riot sorry to anoy you guys im playing valorant since day one after two years of break i stardet playing i switched from pc to ps5 and stsrdet enjoying the game again i bought scins in worth of arround 2000-3000€ i always played fair but in the last few days of playing i got a lot of massages from playwrs telling they report me for eallhacking or the use of aimbot im playing on the same console as my girlfriend does when im at work im using marshall headphones ( Mode EQ) and a scuf controller
i didnt cared about the massages from others as i know im not cheating or using anyting against the rules of ur guys (hope scuff controller is not a third party device)
so to come to my problem two days ago i stardet the game after a long shift cause i wanted to check if nocturun phantom is finally in my shop and then i got the massage that i got permanently banned after several reports because of the use of a third party tool wich i dond have done the account of my girlfriend didnt got banned but she is playing at the same setup as me so i cant imagine i didt something wrong im sad that i lost my loved account and i hope u can help me out getting it unbanned thanks alot and best regards

when i logged in to play bevore i got banned my system said me that something is wrong with the game data and asked me if i wanted to take the saved data from the concole or from the cloud never had that bevore on val but m8b that has something to too with what happend idk
support wrote me again that they are still investigating on my ticket and that they are sorry that it takes so much time dont know if its a good sign but hope so

If i rlly made something wrong this wont take them so much time to find a solution am i right? im loosing hope right now as it takes so long for them to unlock my acc 🙄
still not a real answer just everyday the massage that its still under investigation and that tomorrow they will come back with the answer im waiting for and on the next day a different massage with the same meaning ..... is this normal

no it could be also they trying to see what cuz the ban and work on it to avoid you getting same ban for same thing in future can take a bit time to find out and work on it . incase if they find out you didnt do anything
i mean the blackmarked i can forgett also and two weeks to investigate if i rlly did something wrong they should be able to see it in one week

I've never seen support tell anyone to actually wait, they straight up give their verdict, but the fact that they are asking you to wait could mean theres hope

no today they told me that the ban is permanent so on what should i wait now rhey closed the ticket after telling me the ban is valid

bevore they told me for two weeks once per day that they are still investigating in my opinion if i rlly did something wtonge it should be seen instantly not after two weeks
im fine with getting banned if its cheating that i used a scuff controller but thats never listet as cheating and no answer given is just not fair to a loyal player its saad to see how riot is doing stuff like this

yeah but why should a scuff be a reason for a ban? its not getting u banned in any other shooters and i told them in my first massage that if used a scuff controller so why letting me wait 2 weeks than 🙈
