Looking for people, ongoing.

HI all. I am Darryl from Dragon Clan Studio. Which until about two months ago was just two of us plodding along doing our own thing. Since then we have expanded, bringing on a few people for our Foundry work as well as other VTTs that we work on. We have more than a few irons in the fire atm. What we are looking for is one or two more people that might want to pick up some Foundry work, when it is available. Scoping from basic modules that are just plain basic Foundry, up to full css and js for some clients. Because of the scope of work and because of variations in speed and ability - we do not pay hourly, instead per product, which gets quoted to the converter up front - if that isn't for you, all good. Working on a sliding scale depending on ability and the amount of micro management required. What it does mean is that you will never need to deal with publishers, you can do your work, upload to the git and we will take care of the backend. It also means that you can do whatever work you want in between jobs, you wont be obligated to pick up work, just expected to complete it if you do. In terms of systems, we currently do work on 5e (2014 and 2024) PF2e, ShadowDark, and Daggerheart (new edition) we tend to look for opportunity to increase that scope as needed and may be looking at some Dragonbane work in the near future and have looked into both PF1 and Traveller as well (nothing in those two yet). If you take on any work you will know up front what your end will be and on smaller jobs we will generally pay on completion, some larger may require we get paid from the publisher first. I will try to answer questions as they come - this is a new direction for us, so we are learning the best way to handle things as we go.
