Banned for Third Party Software but never run cheats in my life
I have never ran cheats in my life, i have been playing since ep 1 act 3 and have spent a little too much money on this game. However I log on to recieve a suspended from play specifically on my main account. I have over 2k hours on this game and I really dont want to loose it all for nothing. I have tried contacting riot support and yet to no response which is a bit frusrating and have tried to prove my case to them. I swear i would never do anything to be banned or anything on any of riots games. I just find it strange how I can log into my other accounts just fine so I am not hardware banned, but I really just dont want to loose this account.

still i dont see a way i get banned for something that happened almost a year ago now which shouldnt have even mattered because it was the same pc
still think it was one of the pcs at my school lab

Update for those who care, My ticket got closed but I opened a new one and it has been 7 hours since then
i jsut the the automated "you are banned" without any like real input
so i told them to look into the login history of my account more to show that it was not me
i also asked them to highlight the flagged games, so i can narrow down who got into my account and why
they dont share such things . For security reasons

@Saucywan please give me the benefit of the dobut thats the only time i ever did that, it was on my own pc and he just needed the code to check my nm. i was away from and just had him open my pc and this has nothing to due with the ban do to it being literal months ago. i changed everything since then so it can't be that situation. my google account was hacked that had my riot account connected with it. i didnt do anything 😭

i really dont want to loose 5 years of this game that I have been playing over such a stupid error that has nothing to due with me getting banned. knowing letting someone onto my personal pc to acesss val is something I learnt here, but I really beleive there was 0 harm caused due to 0 games being played and me not wanting to miss a dumb sale for video game skins. Again I mind you this was almost a year ago now, which is the last time I have ever done something like that. i was just being flat out honest in case that would help me in the long run, i have been on support for 4 days just trying to get a real person to look at my case. I just keep getting dead end after dead end and tried to reach out via twitter thinking a real person was running that, however I never heard an email back. I am really trying my best here I swear, i just need someone to look at the ip of where my logins were so i can prove none of those are me. Its not a pc ban or anything I was just gone. like im trying my best here to prove my innocence. all my tickets just get automatically deleted so this is really my only last shot at this. i dont want to have to restart from scratch. please give me a chance, ill do anything to get my account back

the ban is correct cheats were found on the account

i have gotten confrimed there were cheats from the tickets, but i swear on my life those were not me
you do not need to prove it to me you need to prove it to the ticketing team the ban from the anti cheat stand of point is correct
is there any hope then that i can be placed back with the ticketing team
