Update nameservers?
I bought a domain on cloudflare but it keeps telling me to update nameservers or it will be deleted? I have no clue what this means??? The instructions tell me to use ICCANN lookup to find the registrar but when I enter the domain it says nothing is found.

That domain is indeed not registered, so it sounds like something went wrong with the regsitration process. What do you see for the status of it under Domain Registration -> Manage domains?
Did you register it through Domain Registration -> Register Domain? It looks like you just added it to your Cloudflare account, which you can for any domain even ones you don't own, it just won't do anything. Did you pay anything/get a receipt from Registrar?
I found the issue, the payment didnt go through but it still added the domain to my account? weird but its working now
