false HWID ban since 1 yr and a half
so for a bit of context, 1 yr and a half back, i got HWID ban from valorant by vanguard for obscure reasons (to me), and when i reached out FOUR times in a whole year at riot to contest ts and maybe at best have my acc back or ATLEAST have explanations/answers, but i think (tho i have no clue) that they didnt even looked at my long reports, maybe because i was already HWID ban so ig they just saw the main contest and closed the ticket...
So I tried to seek explanations on some discord and reddit servs, but i had none
So if anyone sees this, i want mostly answers (and maybe if a miracle fr happens getting my account back or hwid unban)

oh and i forgot here's a pic of the ban, ye its in french but it mainly says things that raises more questions to me (definitive suspension and ill no more be able to play VAL bc of "use of third application", and I do not know ts third application
altough i forgot to mention something, people told me that it was maybe a robloxfpsunlocker (in .zip) that a not-so fellow friend installed me
accs that were banned 1-2 years cannot be recovered as the data are deleted

what does that do? only fps related or actually cheats
