The backups are taken even on Free plan. The access to backups is available on Pro plan and above.
If your database had any recent activity in last 24 hours, our system would have taken a backup for your database.
On Pro plan you will have access to the backups for last 7 days, which can be used to restore the database
As your database was created via Vercel, you will need to upgrade through vercel

No, the backup is included only on Pro plan and above
I believe this is resolved now. I noticed that you were able to restore your database from backup in a new environment.
