I have this problem with the domain I purchased directly from Cloudflare:
I know I cannot fix the nameservers, Cloudflare has to. However, their system will NOT allow me to put in a ticket. It just makes me go round and round with the AI. I checked the community and they all say Cloudflare has to fix it (which has been confirmed by other sources and the fact the AI says it can't help me). Since their system won't allow me to put in a ticket on it, how can I get their attention?
As I am sure anyone reading this can understand, I am starting to HATE Cloudflare and regret doing business with them.

Where is this "Invalid Nameservers" from? Another account?
Or the same account?
What do you mean? It's for my account, my domain (I only have one). It's a Cloudflare error that they sent me an email notifying me of, but won't let me fix.
What's the domain?
?link Also can you link your account?
Please use the /link command to authenticate with your Cloudflare account and link it to your Discord user. This helps Cloudflare employees access your details more quickly and provide support. It also makes future support requests easier, since your account will already be linked.

Please give me step by step instructions. I don't use discord much and have no idea what you mean.
Click the blue /link pill, and hit enter. A button should then appear. Click it, log in to your Cloudflare account, and then accept
sigh What do you mean? I click on your /link and it just opens a message box here.
Hit enter once that message box appears
You should then see something like this appear

Click the
Link User
button, sign in(if not already signed in), and then click Allow on this field
OK. It says the link was successful.
Got it ty, sec
On my end, it shows as active. Maybe try hard-reloading the page?
Also, what are the nameservers it says it is expecting?
It seeme to be working (as far as I can tell - I get email through it), but it has this error message and the nameservers are wrong. I check ICANN and WHOIS and the nameservers are wrong.

Huh yeah, that's weird
And Cloudflare sent me an email stating that they are wrong
If they can send out an email, why don't they just fix it. I cannot reply to the email, of course.
There is NO WAY to reach them to get them to fix the mistake they told me they have and that they don't allow customers to fix.
Can you copy the account ID from the URL you are seeing the issue on? Should look something like this:
864cdf76f8254fb5539425299984d766
It's safe to shareI don't understand why that would help. You found the information I am stating...
I'm trying to check, because according to the system, the domain has been validated, and the nameservers are correct
So I'm trying to rule out any other issues before proceeding

That's the email they sent
Sorry, I meant in the dashboard
Not in the email

I know, just showing you the servers it's supposed to be
Gotcha yeah
Just trying to make sure we've got all the right info

Ok, I see the issue. It looks like you are using two separate accounts
The one you linked is a different one than the one you just posted
Each account has its own nameserver pair, which is why it sent you the email saying the nameservers are wrong
I used my personal email to create the account but have the email from the domain where they sent the error.
It should not be 2 accounts.
I'm not sure what to say. The domain is valid and functional, on the account tied to your own email. You would be able to manage it there. You can transfer it to the other account if you want?
So, I signed in with google using my personal email and it shows the domain with no issues (on microsoft edge). I have it signed in on the email that goes with the account on Opera (my preferred browser for the domain) and it shows the error. I get what you're saying (I almost never have logged in on ME). You're suggesting doing some kind of transfer so both logins go to the same place?
ME:

Opera:

Same domain on both. This makes no sense to me.
Basically, because you used two separate emails, you have two separate accounts. One of them, your personal account, owns the domain. The other, has the domain added, but can't actually validate it, because the nameservers are wrong. It is up to you to choose which account you want the domain to live on.
This is the identifier on ME:
350165aa5111c1196b96a90e676be7e8
For simplicity, I would just keep it on the original account
So, basically, if I just log in using my personal email all the time, it should be fine and I should probably delete the one that has/lets me log in using the email associated with the domain.
That's what I would do. I also generally recommend, for any critical service, to have a backup email attached that is not associated with the domain.
For example, if your Cloudflare account uses an email address tied to a domain registered/managed with Cloudflare, and you accidentally break your email setup, then you may struggle to be able to log in to your account
Well, I can't really do that if my only email that works right is already not asscociate with the domain.
There won't be a backup.
Sorry, I meant in this case, what you did is the right way to do it
There should always be at least one email address attached that isn't an @peggymhallidaypararom.com address
Since you used your personal email for that account, you are good!
OK. I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the help. I have been going round and round on this (on and off) for weeks.
Happy to be able to help!
