Genshin Impact not running even though heroic says it is
on heroic launcher it says it's running when I press play, but nothing actually happens and the game doesn't run. what should I do?

it wont let me upload the log, instead it shows an error saying "upload failed"
would copy & pasting the log itself work instead?
