Genshin impact not launching

Starting today when I updated genshin to the latest version, the game will no longer launch. If I try to launch it from the HoyoVerse launcher (itself launched from heroic) the launcher just closes and nothing happens. I tried launching the actual genshin file straight from heroic and it wouldnt launch either. I got this log.
