FVTT v12 module dev (D&D5e 3.3.1) — Trailblazer Leagues

I have a working prototype made from many AI-generated macros and I need a FVTT developer to convert it into a single, maintainable module called Trailblazer Leagues. Gameplay loop: players complete League Tasks → earn League Points → unlock Relic tiers and pick one relic per tier. Most task progress should be automated via hooks (item create/update with quantity deltas, scene transitions, quest states, skill thresholds). The module needs clean per-user flags with migrations, a Tasks UI (threshold/event/manual), manual toggles that both award and revoke points and correctly update row colors, a Relics UI with tier gates by total points and persistent picks, and a lightweight Quest Guide that shows orange when started and green when completed, kept in sync with tasks. UX requirements: player-only whispers, silent rolls (no cards), optional banner+SFX on milestones, a polished dark UI with gold accents, and a hotbar experience that auto-places “League Tasks” on slot #0 with a yellow glow until first opened from the hotbar
