Billed twice for the month of September to october
Hi Neon Team,
I noticed that on October 2, 2025, I was billed twice:
Invoice #ZRGDZC-00033 for $17.63 USD
Invoice #ZRGDZC-00034 for $17.66 USD
Both charges appear for the same billing period. I already submitted a refund request via the invoice panel, but I wanted to follow up directly here. Could you confirm the duplicate charge and advise when the refund will be processed?
