Heavy load project coming up
I’ve read that Supabase are under load but still, been waiting for my project to get restored for almost 2 days now, contacted the support with titel ” Project Stuck Pausing” but have not got any replay on how long it will take to fix it or if there is any other info. I’m a free user for now but was planning to use PRO in November, but now I’m starting to get nervous if this kind of small problems doesn’t have a quick fix, if there’s bigger things can we be sure that Supabase works?
How long have you others had to wait until your projects got restored? Project is in eu-north-1

Thought of upgrading my plan too, my project was stuck while upgrading database versions for > 4 hours and I'm a little nervous if I should upgrade my plan to unstuck it.
I'm feeling the same way.. Everything was going so well, and I clicked the "upgrade" button... and stalled my progress. Not sure if paying is going to improve response time if they are overwhelmed.
Upgrading after won’t prioritize your ticket. A new one after pro would. But backlog could also be infra and sure how that queue works.
Know how heavy their load is? Will we suppose it will take 3-4 days before a paused project is back on? How long is the waiting for pro customers?
Sorry no info on that. It depends on if it gets spotted in the support queue by humans or automation, then how deep the infra queue is and the region and AWS load. Also which of the many failure types. This is by observation and guessing their system by what I see going on. We try to escalate Pro tickets we know of after 2 days for sure. But that just means letting support know to make sure got to the right place. Support does not actually have a way to fix them. Goes to infra team and AWS stuff.
Any clue what could be the reason to this delay? Or are they struggling with cybersecurity?
Nothing to do with cybersecurity. As Gary mentioned delay could be because of infra queue or an issue on AWS side.
