I am writing to request a review of my account ban. Recently, my account was suspended with a notification suggesting modification or policy violations. However, I have never engaged in any unauthorised modifications, cheats or activities that violate PUBG’s terms of service. I have always played the game fairly and regularly.
I kindly request you to review my account and provide clarification on the reason for this action. I am also willing to provide any required proof or verification to confirm my identity and fair gameplay.
I truly value the PUBG community and experience and I respectfully ask you to reconsider this ban and restore access to my account. Therefore I humbly request to unban it and lock it on Urgent basis as I have my rank on regular basis.

Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
