Issue with game not loading
i joined the discord to see if i could get help to fix my game from opening but not going past the loading screen, I then seen this pinned at the top so i read it and thought well thats my issue so i went to the website linked and downloaded the instal now it says this

I have a [Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 265k]
i now see on the website mine isn't supported i guess, what would i do about going and finding one that will work for me?
i thought it was a norton 360 gamers issue but ive done did everything i was told and it still wont load
its weird tho cause ill will try and open it over and over and over and like once every 50 times it works
