Most of my videos doesn't play anymore

I'm running immich on unraid and just noticed some of my videos doesn't play and there is exclamation point on top right
I did run trscode job on server but it didn't help
Any log I can provide to you can help me better?
I did even search that video name in my immich share in unraid to find the original video but can't find it either
