I hurt more irl than ingame.
Stressing out about scrubs on my team not helping me or even when I fight three enemies alone and my other four dies to two players makes me so upset that I tend to bonk my head a few times. Has happened for so many days now that I have a tiny wound.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to think of anything else and stop?

Play casual with friends
No one wants to be my friend, even my team wants to kill me and they are too obnoxious to tell me why.
Still, I only care about making friends of my own language.
All I ask for is a method of not hitting something and not screaming that still tears my rage off. Is there?

I already have, I censored every letter in the game started to practice.
Now I just tend to get upset about my team trying to kill me or just throw the game that makes me turn on VC to still try and ask them what they are doing.

Well, I can’t find any.
I once used to play with a great group from my country.
Eventually some of them found a different game and disbanded.
My best friend in that group got his girlfriend pregnant and I haven’t seen them since.

if you want to vent out your anger and there isnt any other way
put a pillow or something for cushioning so you dont hurt yourself
get a punching dummy and beat the hell out of it whenever you are mad
and im sure there are people willing to play casual with you
My problem with that is my anger building up to hit before I have a chance of getting up to grab one.

But outside or inside of Discord-servers, in the end I can’t respect anyone’s behaviour.
I have a tool on my table which I remember a few times, it helps me chill.
But I need something that I can do with my hands alone which then tires me out somehow.

I seem to forget grabbing things from my table when I get this upset so I need a method to tire myself by just acting.
… First now do I realize that perhaps just clapping intensively could work.
Have done that a few times before but I just tend to forget that I must switch over to it.
