How do RR refound work
I've heard people have been getting RR refunds as they've lost games playing against cheaters. I lost 30RR to a cheater which I do have clips to prove and he got banned a day later, but I never got a refund.
Is there anything I should do or how does the RR refund system work?

he got banned today and the game was yesterday

Usually you get it along with the rr of the next match you play
can take up to 24 hours till you see message of rr refund
