DH Terrain is different than actual terrain

As an example, if I see a mountain in the distance with DH, that mountain will disappear when I'm close enough for it to be rendered by vanilla. I'm pretty sure this is because I forgot to enable Tectonic one time while I was playing my world, so the DH terrain is vanilla and the actual terrain (generated as I get close to it) is the tectonic terrain it should be. Is there any way to completely delete all of DH's part of the world and completely re-generate / sync it with vanilla again?

If that didn't make sense let me know, I'll be away for most of today though.

If you don't, the database will become corrupted.
