unauthorized account recovery

Hey PUBG Mobile Support Team / Moderators, I really need urgent help with my account. Someone submitted an unauthorized account recovery claim for my PUBG Mobile account (Claim No. 251001777937245). The claim status now shows “Claim approved. Observation period in progress,” but I never made this claim. The worst part is that the system never showed me the “Terminate Claim” option until after the claim was already approved — so I had no chance to stop it myself. Now I’m afraid I’m going to lose my account, which I’ve invested a lot of time and money into. Please forward this to the account recovery or security team as soon as possible. I’ve already contacted the official email (pubgmobile_cs@tencentgames.com) and submitted a ticket on the support website, but I’m trying to make sure this gets attention before the observation period ends.
