HWID PERMA?!

so i ve recently gotten HWID unbanned in september 28th at around 1-2pm right, i then logged into an old alt account since the main one got banned along with the HWID ban back then, i was play some games all running fine, having fun, and up until now, when i go to log into my account to play with sum friends, i get hit with "Account locked", at first i just thought "oh i got delayed banned" why? because i logged in the same account during my HWID ban to check if i still get VAN 152 which i did have it still back then, and maybe they now just banned the account today, so i made a brand new account to start new, and that one gets hit with account locked, now now, i have fully reset my whole pc when i first got hwid unbanned a couple days ago to make sure it wont ever happened and today its happening, idk what im doing wrong, i dont have any third party softwares running at all, as far as mods go, its just thunderstore which i use only for REPO but nothing else, i really need help, i have already submit a ticket, but i would like to see if anyone has any idea of what could have caused this, i do not want to wait another 3-4 months just to get HWID banned again, not sure if its just my PC thats messed up, but really, i dont feel like spending another GRAND just to play valorant with no casualties. that account name is Naranja#Culos just today at around 3pm PST when i logged into it, it was account locked and loaded the new account and got VAN 152, i even just wasted money to get skins to start over and i get banned, idk what to do anymore 😭
