Hi admin, let me introduce myself as Unique, I want to ask about something, before continuing I want to tell you a little, so some time ago my account was hacked or broken into by someone, in which case I wanted to sell my account but it didn't go well and smoothly, so that my account was hacked or taken over by a fraudster, after that the fraudster sold my account to another country, which also made me unable to return the account to me and made the device on the account different when a week after I did a "Claim Report" after that I couldn't do it again, I hope you can take action against me and I can prove that I can guarantee that, I ask for help from both PUBGM and Admin can help with this I say Thank you

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:

Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.

Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.

If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.

Please keep in mind that sharing and trading of game accounts is a direct violation of PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You're solely responsible for your loss if you're involved in such activities.
