RE: autorouter for hard boards (CC @itsme @Rishabh ) there is a parameter configuration for the path optimizer that dramatically improves completion but causes the autorouter to take 2-5x longer. We could roll it out as a "quality mode" or we could ship it by default and optimize it later. It is still fast for subsequent runs because it's cache-friendly, but i want to be careful because I like having the autorouter be fast
