Hacked account
I was hacked, and the hacker was using 3rd party programs. Last time I played ranked I was Bronze 1 but the night I was hacked I got up to Bronze 3. Ive been trying to submit a ticket to riot support lately and its been a few weeks and ive kept trying and nothing has came back to me.

cause it was late at night when the hacker started playing on my account
I woke up trying to play valorant and it loads me into a game
and I was bugged
and my movement were inverted and delayed
after the game I check my career
and I was at bronze 3
If you create new account, does it let you play? or does it ban you? or did you not try that yet
