Syncing fail after a few pictures on ios

First of all thanks for developing this awesome project !
I have the 2.X on a server/client(ios).
When I run the sync a few pictures are synced (~40pictures) and after that my whole homelab is unaccessible. I tried with and without cloudflare tunnel, the result is the same.
Before opening an issue I would like to make sure I'm using the correct docker images version.
I notice I wasn't using the same version for redis and postgres, what is the correct way to update them ? Should I check your docker-compose every time I update my Immich server version ?
