Project upgrade stuck at "Shutting down API services" for over 72 hours.
Hello,
My project has been stuck in a PostgreSQL upgrade since 03 oct 17:17. Is this normal or have I messed something up?
I'm in region eu-central-1.

They are having a lot of issues with aws in the eu regions lately. You should contact support with the exact title you have here but don't expect a quick resolution. I've been waiting 7 days now for them to restore my inactive project. I'm on the free plan though, so paid users might get a quicker response.
