I need your help because my account has been banned for allegedly modifying the game files. However, I did not do this and have never used any cheating software. In fact, I wasn’t even playing the game at the time the ban occurred.
I already submitted an appeal, but it was denied. I honestly don’t know who else to contact now.
Even though I haven’t spent money in the game, it holds a lot of memories for me — especially with friends I no longer have any way to contact.
I play on a realme GT 2 Pro, and I’m really confused about this situation. Do I really have to wait 10 years if I want to play again?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
