Hello i have already postet some days ago
so my account got banned some weeks ago i made a ticket for banned account and support told me the ban is falid but i can still play with other accounts on my pc and on my ps5 slim. i have never shared my account or used 3 party tools or cheats so i dont know why i shouöd got banned.
Hopefully someone can help me or can take a closer look as i investet a lot of money on that accoumt bc im playing on it since beta on pc

Maybe you've said something bad and riot usually tells you why you were banned
Or someone logged on your account without your consent and got you banned
no the ban says that im banned bc of cheating and i never shared my acc so i dont know how they should got excess to it i just sold my old ps5 but i deletet all data on that one as far as i knoe

Most likely if it's getting banned for cheating there is no reversing it unless you can prove that someone else was on your account
how should i prove it i just know i havnt cheated and i think riot can see it hopefuly i made a ticket for compromised acc

They will have valid reasons for banning but they could be wrong.. So ask them for the list of ips that connected to your account
If the ip checks out I'm sorry, you gotta wait for a year to get it back
they dont give such info
i hope they will look it up on the ticket for compromised acc i mean i played since pc bets have more than 2000€ in skins why should i start vheating after playing 5 years to risk an acc that expensive
like i said its a permanent ban i wont get it back if they dondt check it im not hardwarebanned on any of my systems i still can play om pc and ps5 just not on my main acc
For me I've asked them when my gmail linked to the account was hacked because I clicked on a fishing site they told me it's all good and that there were no connections

Have you checked if your riot passowrd had been changed or anything?? Cuz I can log in via gmail and riot acc
after i got banned i let it chanhe by myselfe but i had played some days bevore i got banned on my console
I think it's all on the mercy of the valorant support agents now...
If it's hacking related they're the only one who can really be sure
the only thing i can imagine is that the dude i sold my old ps5 to got somehow excess to my acc vut im not shure

No unless you've actually cheated..... They will not enforce a hardware ban on you
yeah but i didnt got a hardware ban but still support told me in my ticket that the report was falid and the ban will stsy active so i made a new ticket on compromissed acc

Ye you should just wait now. But I'm not saying your guilty but if you actually have any suspicion on why they might have flagged you as cheating, just tell them it might even be a program error (tho very unlikely)

I am not familiar with ranked on console but if you got plat at level 26 you must be quiet good
its an old acc from my time on pc did u read the post dude? i lost my main acc so my main is for shure not lvl 26 😅 i just made a new one because my old got banned to keep up with the game in case ill get back my old one
and i played on pc for the first 2 years and now for some months on console so i got gamesence but just wanted to show thst i dindt get a hardware ban on my system
