I have a problem with billing and tech

I purchased a domain through cloudflare. But I can't do anything because I'm being asked who my webhost is and cloudflare apparently doesn't do this. Does this mean they assigned me a host?

This is extremely not user friendly at all and it's very close to stealing from people, which diexnt surprise me because your company forces us to pay for support.
