download and install this driver
Intel
Intel® 11th – 14th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows*
This download installs Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.7076 for 11th-14th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor Graphics.
is it outdated?
the link I sent is the latest
I meant mine
yes
I updated mine like a few days ago
If you updated via the intel graphics software, it doesnt always show the latest driver
@Rachel now it is giving errors

I cant even see the black screen or loading screen at all now I cant even get in valo
@Rachel how do I fix this??

@Saucywan :val_SusgeNoted:
its the same since 20 minutes I restarted multiple times
Press windows key
Type Event Viewer
Then click on Windows logs > Applications
Click on the latest “error” and look for the ones that mentions VALORANT

Reinstall Riot Client
Stop running as admin
reinstall valo then
tried it
No, just don't run as admin
I did
No.
Add or remove apps
Riot Client
3 dots
you gotta uninstall riot games
uninstall

alr thanks
I'll see what happens when I install for the 3rd time 😭
you can just move val to a different folder
and delete client
or create new folder
under different name and move it there
I'm in comp
so
gl
based on this pic i can see that ur CPU Integrated graphics are being utilized while I also see that you have an NVIDIA RTX Gpu which is not being used (0%), try disabling ur Integrated graphics via BIOS or Device manager so that valorant utilizes ur GPU only

it should be located here:

@MVIMZ
Alr I'll do it after I install it thanks
np
this could lead to crash
thats not how you disable it or make nvidia gpu works
just go to nvidia control panel
display mode
switch it to nvidia only
Oh alr
Restart your pc then
that is how u disable UHD Graphics as its in Device Manager and it leads to the NVIDIA Gpu being the only graphics procesing unit after disabling the integrated cpu graphics(which means valorant would have to select the nvidia card). Besides that, disabling integrated graphics also fix overheating side crashes, due to the UHD being inside the cpu itself which would make it run hotter. But yes doing it via nvidia could fix the problem too
and u can also disable via BIOS
why disable something when you can fix it and keep all hardware fine
Just switch to nvidia and thats it
And if he switch to NVIDIA only then no heat
as i said, if the issue is overheat related disabling uhd would somewhat help indirectly
and for those that have a dedicated GPU its always best to turn off the integrated graphics on the cpu

issue driver outdated
Bruh
He aint have those problems
his problem was just stuck loading screen and need to update
the black screen could also be hardware graphics issue, happened to me
and the drivers hes installing are the intel iGPU drivers
and u can clearly see on his screenshot that only his iGPU was being utilized
🤦
can u elaborate?
sure i can
Been helping here a lot with same issue
its just drivers
https://discord.com/channels/679875946597056683/1423109527422631956
a dev from the game made post about it aswell
"If your 11-14th Gen Intel PC/laptop has Intel Integrated Graphics or Intel ARC GPU"
that applies if ur graphics processing unit is Intel
this guy has an NVIDIA Gpu that he isnt using for valorant lol
its general driver everything from 11 till 14 th need this driver

Doesn’t matter even if you dont use it still need to update it so you dont get stuck loading screen or black screen
as i said, its Graphics Processing Related lol
Lmao
sure man
only if valorant uses the UHD instead of nvidia
Nah
u can clearly see "If your 11-14th Gen Intel PC/laptop has Intel Integrated Graphics or Intel ARC GPU"
"Integrated graphics or Intel arc GPU"
go through posts down all using nvidia and still have issue stuck loading screen
for this guy its defo this
cause u can literally see the screenshot
Are you rage baiting?
from task manager
that only his UHD is utilised
and not the nvidia lol
yes, getting new drivers
would fix the issue
but hes still using UHD instead of his RTX Nvidia card
which seems counter intuitive
thats not his issue
his issue is his drivers yes
i already agreed with that
His laptop been without any problen
with integrated gpu
till driver outdated then he will be stuck loading screen
which means its a driver issue
intel
You dont seems too
.
im not trying to argue lol im trying to help the guy
my points are:
1. Getting new UHD graphics will fix issue as the devs posted.
2. He has an rtx card which would be a better option than using UHD
telling him to disable integrated gpu when his dispaly could be connected only to this gpu can make him black screen till he make cmos reset
no lol
it will not since the gpu is already running on task manager
Some laptops works only with optimus which switch between nvidia and uhd
old ones
And you ask him to disable it fully from bios
u can see that its not the case for him since his card is an rtx
W
u can?
you can but if dispaly connected to that gpu then pov black screen if his laptop made to work only with optimus
yes thats the case if the gpu isnt even running, but since the OS sees that its there it would auto switch
and also @MVIMZ did u perhaps switch to a lower power usage power plan too, usually laptops switch to integrated graphics to save more power
My files corrupted or smth I'll continue later
So what should I do then
well either do what i said or what momo said
how do I check
press windows
type in power options
or go to it via control panel
where do I go to power option from control panel

view: small icons
I'm windows 11
ah
small icons
oof, can u try and search it from ur windows search
found it
then what

ur on a balanced plan
do u have a key
on ur laptop
that switches to diff gaming modes?
usually it switches power plan
I have no idea what that is
can u send me ur laptop model
usually gaming laptops have it
alr
like this?

is ur laptop plugged in right now>
yeah
always
out of the topic you tryna help him but if you have this icon on the display adapter means it have problem
this is related to the optimus thing u were mentioning
nah
um im aware and thats cause i turned off my amd integrated graphics via bios
and u can see i got an rtx 3090 which is working fine
nah
I dont think I have that key
thats not true
but keep going
wanna see where it end
feel free to provide help if ur all knowing
no
i wanna learn from you
I really would appreciate it
hmmm sounds like someones trynna argue in a help forum 💀
both of you guys are just trying to help me with ur knowledge you both know well
:poppopcorn:
I have no idea wtf yall are even talking about
based on ur laptop model it seems to be optimus (it switches gpus based on the load) so the safe way to use ur gpu is how @momo said to do it
go to nvidia control panel
me ? not at all
im playing and watching here
maybe learn something new
brother, u said its a driver issue with his UHD and i agreed lol
and i also said its kinda dumb that val uses his uhd instead of his RTX Gpu
here?

manage 3d settings
scroll down till u see OpenGL rendering GPU

click on auto select
it is on auto select

but the 4050
put*
click on it
done
did apply too
and power management put it on prefer max performance
done
alr go task manager
let me see percentages
on ur components

did I do something wrong
still using ur UHD
i would advise to turn it off via device manager but @momo option seemed safer due to keeping the unkown risk in mind that ur monitor might go black
bro just qustion
when you wanted nvidia to work and he have no game runing ?
and he could change setting to max performance in power plan
it still should work for whatever his UHD is processing rn
how you expect nvidia to work ?
u can clearly see his UHD being used to process whatever grpahics he got on his task manager
I opened a game I think the nvidia thing is working now?
not valorant tho I still havent installed it
send screenshot of task manager

🫤
thats good
now search graphics on ur windows
(i may be a bit slow navigating on 11 but well get there)
graphics settings?
yes
on ur windows settings

should have these options
these?

is there additional options
@MVIMZ did you install the game?
no im doing these rn
keep it installing
will install right after this
alr
Just install the game
not after this
we need the game to be in a folder to select the location for it
just go to the page i told u so that were ready for when ur valorant downloads
k its downloading rn
qustion
how did you delete your game ?
sm1 told him to
ik
settings system and then delete all the stuff
how
alr
did I uninstall wrong 😭
yes
ugh
its okazy
keep going
@MVIMZ for future cases, do u have OMEN gaming hub pre installed in ur laptop?
no I deleted it or something after I switched back to windows 11
I had it pre installed tho
what does omen gaming hub do
it has power options to switch away from optimus mode
@MVIMZ how long does it usually take for u to download val
very long
hours?
2 hours yeah
I got horrible wifi
if so then i sadly cant help right now, but if ur issue still isnt resolved ill be there to help tmrrw
try to do what i said
if that doesnt work then im sure @momo can guide u
so
ye i am
okay

high perfromance created without omen app
also advice to check about your pc wallah bro no hate
but look
muslim?
i disabled his intel gpu and show no error so you got something

yes
mashallah
so check your pc
idk what it could be then but i never have any issues
if you got something wrong
now you dont
maybe cause i got a custom nvidia driver
later you get
ive had this since forever
also ye he can import a good powerplan via cmd : powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61
but i wanted him to do it through his omen app since they might have powerplans catered to his laptop
i wasnt certain if normal ones would cause overheating issues or something
nope
needed to be done righr way
i mean you can ask him once his val downloaded
