My account has just been hacked this morning, already done the recovery form still waiting on a response but im not sure if that would be enough for me to get my account back.

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

account was hacked and the thief changed the flag and home name
Go to PUBG Mobile, log out of your account and log in here. There will be a help icon on the side. From there, go to the account and click here. From there, log in with the email or whatever you used to log in at the beginning and click on recovery. Recovery will be done.

Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.

My friend, by going to the PUBG help center, your account will be recovered. In a day or two, you have to tell us about your account, including your old login and transactions of your UC, and you have to tell us about the things you have played in the season. After that, your account will go into recovery, which has a 90 percent chance of being recovered.
