heroic launcher cut-off steam connectiong to my internet?

hey uh, is it possible for Heroic launcher to "kill" connection of steam and any stram related sites? after 2 hours of play the evil within 2 in my steam deck i wanted to play some team fortress 2 after this but when i check.. it says no connection so i turned it off and i checked my phone for what steam games i should play it. showed...this [image attached] i even used the browser version of steam and its also not showing. youtube reddit and other sites work fine. its just steam suddenly died forsome reason.
