Steam is completely broken on my system
All download attempts are failing with "Content servers unreachable" or "No internet connection" despite having internet and being to browse the steam store.
Steam cloud sync is also broken and won't work at all.

it says "recovered" now, try restarting steam client and using it again
nope. still can't download shit
well, all I can say is wait at least one hour before doing something in steam
