Hardware acceleration with meteor lake is completely broken in all flatpaks on my system
I have a zephyrus g16 with the 185/4070 16gb version. Basically anything trying to use hardware acceleration with the intel igpu is broken. MPV crashes immediately when trying to switch from software decode using ctrl+H and flatseal as shown in the image can't even render correctly with that black box all around where I assume a shadow or something would be. When I switch to the Nvidia dgpu, everything seems to work as well as one can expect with Nvidia.
This may explain an issue I was having earlier where in hybrid mode it kept defaulting to the Nvidia graphics instead of the intel one for like everything. I switched to the integrated only mode using the asus rog thing and now I can see the likely culprit. It's just broken on intel.
EDIT: I now see that the screenshot has captured the black box around the window as a transparency rather than just black. Interesting.
