Download auto runs from the system internal suite
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
When you have it open press file, and then run as administrator
Then uncheck anything that is red or yellow
Except Vanguard and anything that fails to be unchecked
Restart your computer and then try again
Autoruns - Sysinternals
See what programs are configured to startup automatically when your system boots and you login.
can I dm you if we need additional help? we're gonna try this right now
Shouldn't be necessary
some of the yellow drivers need system privileges to uncheck
make sure you run as administrator
admin privileges not high enough to uncheck
all .sys files
send a screenshot of them
shes restarting PC without unchecking them first to see if itll work

skip it
we did all but those, and it doesnt work after restarting PC
Is
E1G6032E
there?it is not
