installled packages in distrobox container won't translate into apps
I installed
.deb package of Virtualbox 6.0.14(chosen for allowing 3d support in Windows XP VMs) on my Ubuntu distrobox container, but it won't translate into exportable apps(or at least detected by "exportable apps" button)
how to make any apps installed from package files installed in appropriate distros in distrobox detectable to be exported?1 Reply
You can't use vbox in a distrobox, it needs kernel module (unless you don't use acceleration). Manually export with
distrobox-export virtualbox
