How to size Studio D'Artisan Jeans?
I purchased a pair of SD-101s for my partner, who's waist width is 28 inches Denimio's measurements were wrong, and what was sold to me as 28W jeans are actually 27W. Is that typical for raw denim? Are they supposed to be an inch short? Or do I need to quickly replace these jeans?

- Reference pictures
- Budget in numbers
- Specific measurements
- Openness to buying secondhand and/or online
- Location: country/continent is fine
- Timing/urgency
Depending on the brand sizing will be different. I’m a true size 32 but that doesn’t always work for me. I’d say just let him try them on and if it’s way too tight return them
The return window is only 7 days unfortunately, and our anniversary is in November
Have him measure a pair of pants that fits well without a belt, include the thigh and hip measurements. If the hips and thighs fit but the waist is slightly small then it should be fine.
Make sure the pants have no stretch
I want to do that, but the pants are a surprise. I'd be afraid of giving away the game
I just really like the idea of telling him "Happy anniversary! Check your mailbox"
