If any Developer or Staff member could kindly respond, I’d like to know whether my ban was justified. I believe I was falsely banned, since I logged into the account occasionally to check the shop, and I haven’t queued for over a week, so I was genuinely surprised to see a permanent suspension when I logged in today after coming home.

Also to clarify I am not HWID banned, so I'm assuming something was false flagged, or I was wrongly banned.

I would assume I wouldn't be able to play if i was "cheating", but okay
you can come back after 120 days with a new account
That's the thing though I'm able to play on my alt account
it might just be a lag in the hardware ban system
but your hardware is banned

im here because I want to help players quickly escalate real issues such as in rare cases when false positives do happen so the anticheat team can quickly revert false bans, but I can't help when there's overwhelming evidence you were cheating
